At Hestia Home Design, I believe small businesses are the true heart of our communities. After spending over 10 years working in and around independent cafés, restaurants, shops, bars, and offices, I’ve seen first-hand the creativity and resilience that keeps them alive. As an interior designer, my mission is to help these businesses flourish through thoughtful, affordable design that works within any budget.

The name Hestia was chosen with care. In ancient stories, Hestia is the guardian of the hearth: a symbol of warmth, welcome, and community. To me, that perfectly captures what great design should do: create spaces where people feel comfortable, connected, and inspired. My goal is to help businesses harness that same sense of belonging, shaping interiors that not only look beautiful but also encourage loyalty, invite new customers in, and ultimately support growth.

Accessibility, inclusivity, and community are at the heart of this mission. Being both neurodivergent and living with a physical limitation, I know how powerful it is to enter a space that feels genuinely welcoming. I’m passionate about helping businesses make their interiors more accessible for those with both physical and mental disabilities. This not only opens doors to customers who might otherwise have felt excluded, it also helps businesses discover new markets they didn’t even realise they were missing.

I’ve travelled widely, studying places where small businesses are thriving and learning what makes them stand out against larger chains. I bring that knowledge and inspiration into every project, designing spaces that feel unique, authentic, and magnetic.

And because I understand how tough the high street can be, I’m committed to affordability. I offer flexible pricing, payment plans, and discounts for small businesses who need that support, as well as reduced rates for organisations working alongside charities.

For me, design isn’t about following trends or overspending. It’s about creating spaces that reflect your values, uplift your customers, and help your business thrive - places filled with the same warmth and welcome that inspired the name Hestia.
